Hi! I'm Silina.

Welcome to Siren's Clean, a residential cleaning company I started in 2020.

I've been cleaning professionally for over 10 years, with a bit of a hiatus to focus on business school and accounting jobs. I came back to cleaning after feeling discouraged (and bored) in my office positions. I'm much happier here!

I recognize that choosing a cleaner is tricky. Here are a few reasons we might be the perfect fit:

I value a balanced approach to product use

My goal is to use the gentlest product for the job and to never leave behind a strong scent. This doesn't mean I compromise on efficacy, however.

I specialize in small spaces

Limited storage, growing families, awkward layouts, damage or mess left from previous tenants... I get it. I promise we can make your space more manageable.

I've stayed solo

It's just me. No surprise staff change over.

Minimal expectations

Many of us feel like we're drowning, at least some of the time. I don't have a set list of instructions for you before I come. I'm happy to flex to changing routines.

I offer casual schedules for clients who need them and a deep understanding of the link between mental health and household maintenance.

Easy pricing

No complicated add-on lists, adding time without a discussion, or fluctuating invoices. Just pay for the time you book.

SERVICES

At this time, I am only offering residential services. All rates include GST, travel, and supplies.

RECURRING: starting at $130 ($65/hr)

Looking for consistent help (and more mental space)?

Choose from biweekly or monthly (every 4 weeks). These are booked in 2-3 hour time slots and my general focus is bathroom(s), kitchen, and floors.

CASUAL: starting at $130 ($65/hr)

Have variable needs? Casual clients stay on my books but only book in as-needed.

MOVE OUTS and PARTIAL MOVE OUTS: starting at $240 ($80/hr)

Unlike most companies, I offer "partial move-outs" with a 3 hour minimum for those who are on a budget or only need a bit of help.

Full house move outs are offered based on availability, and vary in time needed. For larger spaces, they can be upwards of 10+ hours and I may need to bring a helper.

BODY DOUBLING starting at $110 ($55/hr)

Once a month, I offer a pay-what-you-can version of my regular cleans for families or individuals who may not have the means to hire a cleaner at their full rate. Please email me at sirensclean@gmail.com to inquire.

I aim to be flexible, but there are some requests I cannot accommodate.

pet messes (litter boxes, accidents)
excessive bodily fluids
moving of heavy furniture
anything up high (step stool is fine), or unreachable by an extended duster
inside washing machines & dishwashers
carpet/upholstery cleaning
full cleaning of walls (spot-cleaning only)
removing light fixtures, items from walls, anything especially breakable
post-construction (small renovations may be okay)
mini-blind cleaning (beyond dusting)
exterior windows (with the exception of ground-level)
